Once again, we are back with another single by a man who I’ve become more and more fond of in recent weeks, and with this being his most recent move in the studio, I had nothing but high hopes! Let’s talk about it!

This is the December 2025 release by MC Donny G and Produced by bizi beats! In this 2 minutes and 44 seconds, we see him back to his sentimental glory, straying away from his usual hardcore style and going for a more personal and emotional lane, and we’ve already seen he can pull it off, so there’s no reason he can’t kill it again!

And ‘kill it’ is exactly what happens both sonically and verbally. Sonically, what we have here is a more mellow and grand interpretation of boom-bap with those powerful jazz horns that combine with those violins that make for a true classical influence! 

On top of all that, there’s a collection of acoustic guitar and subtle keys that are all wrapped together with those drums!

There are actually quite a few layers going on in this one track! But again, he’s just proven whether it’s minimal or properly layered, he can handle and make any style pop! 

As far as the MC parts go, he’s never been as fluent as he is on this track! He doesn’t waste a single second on this song as he spits a long verse that’s filled with gritty personality, cold charisma, sharp lyricism, and an arrangement of brash puns and one-liners that prove his talent in spades! 

He’s got the smoothest flow I’ve heard him with in a minute, a captivating voice, and enough complexity in his words that he can rap about anything and everything and make it sound dope!

It’s crazy to me how much he’s able to fit into just pure singles. He’s adding in like a few tracks worth of bars into these tracks to overload the senses with technique and bars that could compete with the best of him! And considering he usually makes all his own beats, that makes him a double threat!
