It was October 2025 the last time I covered this man, and I can remember that record like it was yesterday. That thrilling production, coupled with some of the dopest feature verses you’ll hear ln the underground, helped create one hell of a memorable album!
Now, around half a year later, he’s back with a brand new beat tape that is sure to rock the culture once again!
This is the brand new instrumental album by super producer Noisey Ne!ghbour with a total of eight tracks, with 36 minutes of content (one of the longest for eight tracks), but as I’ve come to expect nothing less than perfection from this man, it looks like I was right to assume that!
Now, if there’s one word I feel feels the most appropriate to describe this man’s music across the board, it’s ’cinematic’ because each track feels like a classical spin-off score with lavish instrumentation, groundbreaking vocal loops, and an overall surreal atmosphere that absorbs you in and doesn’t spit you out until the album is done!
What I love about these particular tracks is that I feel he’s fleshing out the beats as far as they can be at the perfect time frame to capture the audience’s attention span without getting overstimulated track to track. Most of these tracks range from the mid-three minutes to a strong mid-four minutes, and maybe to some, this could seem like overkill (especially for instrumentals), but in this case, I feel he’s toed the fine line necessary to keep these beats from becoming overbearing.
This almost sounds like he’s putting this out there as an audible portfolio for rappers to hear and think ‘that beat was dope, I wanna rap on that!’ That would explain its length! But that’s just how I feel about it!
A few of my favourite beats are as follows:
We have -Gabagool, which is a nice throwback to Tony Soprano and just like the vibe of that show, this one is equally as intense and menacing in execution!
You’ve got those eerie key progressions, thudding drum rhythms, and some sickening bass that lights the track up! There’s also a very subtle vocal snippet that comes in and out of the track abruptly, but it helps give the track some extra depth!
There’s the track -Scorsese (AKA my favourite director), and just like the man and his work, this one is incredibly cinematic and grand. You’ve got those epic horn loops combined with those sharp strings and vocal harmonies that make this feel like a World War battle anthem ripped right out of the 1940s. It’s heavy, old-school, classical, and ever so fitting for a man of Martin’s expertise and legend!
Also, there’s the track -Pizza Cutter, which feels like the James Bond of the album! It’s got this thrilling aspect to it with those sharp synth chords and hypnotic drums! This feels like if Dracula was a spy creeping outside of mansion walls to find the treasure! It’s hard to describe without listening for yourself, but that’s the only
thing that pops in my head when I hear this song! A mixture of ‘Dracula meets 007’, listen and tell me if I’m wrong!
Overall, this is quite the marvellous album! It showcases a lot of different influences and styles on the beats, and hopefully, rappers hear this one and get inspired to rap on them! I’d love to hear what these beats sound like with vocals! Link below!
