(DrkSounds/DrkSouls)

I’ll be honest right off the bat, I hate that the ‘A’ was removed from the word ‘Dark’ gives a motherfucker like me massive OCD.

Now, onto music-related business. We are back with a man who in a short few months’ time span has provided more versatility and creativity than most do in a lifetime and he’s back with yet ANOTHER lane to conquer. Can this man be stopped? Let’s talk about it!

This is the brand-new EP by MC God Gotti and Producer ‘ProdByP’ and together they dropped nine minutes, four songs and enough aura to fill a fucking stadium!

Right from the start we have ‘Dark Intro’ which has this funky NES-sounding jazz music. The kind of jazz you’d hear while waiting on hold on the phone or something! It’s very playful and ambient at the same time with those light drums and colourful chords!

On this track we have a deep spoken word passage introducing the project itself.

Then from there we have ‘Big Worm’ a track I’ve already covered in the past (if I’m not mistaken the second or third single I ever covered of his) regardless it’s super ambient and methodical in structure, you’ve got those long drawn-out bass lines, shrieking keys and what sounds like a slight vocal chord in the far background!

On this track, God uses his pen to make a verse lightly inspired by the antagonist of the classic movie ‘Friday’ Big Worm. His verse although short was composed well, great flow and lyricism. I feel it was more concerned with keeping the surreal pacing of the track than anything else ‘hence the short and to the point wordplay’

After that we have ‘Close Call’ a more upbeat and flavoured track compared to the last two. This track has a certain ‘Folk meets Boom Bap’ feel to

it. You’ve got those angelic and harmonic what sounds like flute keys gliding across the beat with some synth-style keyboard keys on loop and some light drums! It’s quite the work of art!

But then in the last 40 seconds, we get this J Dilla-inspired beat switch loop with short bursts of vocal snippets and plucked strings and subtle drums! It’s refreshing and provides some extra creative points to the track and showcases more of P’s skill behind the board!

As far as God goes on that track, he only rapped for the first half, but his bars were a lot more focused, precise, and on centre. Thunderous delivery with sharp wordplay and puns to keep

you on your feet as a listener!

On the final track, we have ‘Neck Brace’, which has probably the most somber vibe of the whole album! With those lower-registered notes in reputation giving kind of an ‘80s club playing in the background’ from the outside looking in time vibes to it.

It is certainly vibing but in a more relatively ‘separated’ aspect compared to a loud, bright, and warm experience you’d expect being inside the club or dance floor!

On this track, we have God end his contributions on the EP with style! He’s sharp, energetic, charismatic, and powerful in his voice and flow. He’s upped his pen game and provided the audience with a more demonstrative performance than on the last two tracks and goes off with a bang!

Speaking of going off in a bang, this track actually ends with guest MC ‘Miskeen Haleem’, usually associated with ‘Sabio Dub’, but comes to help conclude the track in his trademark gritty and in-your-face style that would normally be the perfect contrast to the lighter, relaxed Sabio, but on this one, he actually shows fantastic chemistry with God Gotti!

Overall, I enjoyed this EP for what it was. I wasn’t sure what inspired the artwork and name, as besides the intro track, I didn’t get much ‘dark or sinister’ vibes as I was expecting to get going in, but regardless, it’s a fun and groovy 9 minutes and one definitely worth checking out!

(All Things Considered: Freestyle)

Oh fucking shit! We are going there! Out of all the remix beats I thought I’d hear, this wouldn’t be one of them! We talking new CLIPSE instrumental? Talk about a tall order, but if anyone can achieve this, I’m sure he can!

We have a brand new remix freestyle by MC Jhiakana, and as he’s rapping over the beat with the same name done by Pharrell! And when I say tall order, I mean it because he’s going to try out rap PUSHA T and NO MALICE, two of the strongest lyricists in the game right now, and for that attempt alone, he gets my respect, but the all-important question, what is the result?

Well, not bad at all! You have to also remember the original track is a duo track back and forth, so to try not only to do a dope remix but be the energy of two men (plus Dream), that’s a task and a half, and yet I feel confident that he did a worthy remix freestyle!

He has a strong, steady flow with a confident cadence! He’s set up a solid structure with regular intervals of bars, none of this ‘free form’ shit, but precise and accurate bars that land on the beat exactly where it should be (exactly like CLIPSE).

His wordplay is also vivid and interesting, with different topics being introspective social commentary to clever puns to wrestling references! He covers everything and does it in a slick way!

If this truly was a freestyle, as in all of the top, no planning, that’s ridiculous how good it came out! He’s done a few of them this year, and this might be his best yet, also because he suits the production so well!

All in all, another phenomenal remix. I hope this is all an interlude to a bunch of new music to come, but for now, dope excellence that is executed straight to the heart and the foundation! So I’m gonna get up outta here and drop the anvil with my sharpshooter!

(INSTNTKLL)

ain’t gotta lie, the fact certain letters were removed from that title annoyed the fuck outta my OCD!

But now to music-related things, we are back with another single by the up-and-rising king of one-liners himself! Over the last 30 days, he has brought his A+ game and, more over the course of several EP’s and a handful of singles, that have seen his evolution and progress into one of the ones to watch out for, this latest track is further evidence of that!

Brand new 1 minute and 44 seconds by MC FLYG with this time working with Producer Lo Katana, and together they send through the airwaves a track so smooth and mesmerising that you’ll have to kick-start your heartbeat back to normal to move after listening to this track!

Let’s start with the beat. We have this slowed-down, methodically paced soul-inspired track with groovy plucked strings, sharp synths, and bass so thick it takes over your body!

Of course, the most noticeable element is the vocal harmony that loops in continuous motion of humming-style singing that is equal parts angelic and powerful and provides a harmonious aspect to the already loaded smooth track that is sure to keep you down for the count like a sonic tranquil device! I even had a hard time wording this due to its captivating and relaxed nature!

As far as FLYG goes, he doesn’t let any of this under 2-minute track go to waste! Right off the bat, his first few bars are some of my favourite! He goes

‘Me and Katana hitting you with something you’ve never heard/More potent than a designer drug, it’s too easy I render a shoulder shrug. Peace to the black goat mugs, promise there’s no way you dodge these lyrical slugs/the illest underground music, showcased by Paka the plug/you’re not in that category your catalog is swept under the rug’

Do you read that shit? That’s lyrical greatness! So much involved in just a 30-second time span. It’s creative, fun, and descriptive while remaining consistent with his flows and pen game.

He’s flexing on game right now, pretty much saying ‘You think I need longer than 2 minutes to drop fire bars? Watch this!’ And drops quality like that. It’s unreal!

This is definitely one of his favourite singles in a while! He’s been on a roll regardless, but the combination of the beat and his incredible bars makes this a standout among standouts!

(M.E.M.O.I.R.S)

Man. What a killer collaboration to have for 2025. Both these men, in their own paths, have created shockwaves that have ripped to shift the culture itself, and now coming together under one mind is something that the underground will be talking about for months, believe that!

This is the brand-new album by MC Jamil Honesty and Producer JrSwiftz! Together, they drop ten tracks with the likes of

-Dj Grazzhoppa

-Jay Royale

-Griot Noy

-Awon

-Kev Brown

-Blu

And -DJ Illogik providing cuts on the last joint!

And with this incredible guest roster, these two men create something that’s equal parts nostalgic and fresh!

To start with the production, JR brings back that quality control of the gritty 90s and feels like he’s paying homage to the era of

-Mobb Deep

-Gang Starr

-The Roots, etc., with the larger-than-life sonic expressions with cinematic instrumentation and often times skeletal and stripped-back beats that emphasise the ‘less is more’ aspect to create breathtaking music where you can identify each element in the song without it sounding messy or overwhelming!

The perfect song that showcases this theory is ‘Real Rap’. I love this track because it’s so minimal yet immersive! You’ve got those infectious drum beats with those light yet powerful keys and those raw scratches by Grazzhopa to add the cherry on top!

Few ingredients but creates something special! That’s the mark of a true artist!

Even if we look at the track that follows it, ‘94 Nas’,  and we hear more of that 90s East Coast wave of hard-hitting, gritty hip hop! You’ve got those thick bass lines, jazz-inspired chords, and heavy drums.

As the song name suggests, this is that old-school ‘Illmatic’ Nas era beat, and I love every second!

All this is to say that (in my opinion) JR is using beats to write an appreciation letter to the ones that came before and to let the world know that without them, there would be no Swiftz, and to me, that shit is powerful!

Now, onto the MC work. Jamil has been working to be one of the upper-class rappers in the game right now. He’s on everyone’s features, and when it comes to his own shit, he snaps twice as hard! Now, while under this legendary producer’s music, he’s out for blood!

On this album, he hasn’t sounded better! Just as JR is, Jamil is also inheriting his inner 90s and utilising the influences of the classics such as

-Nas

-Black Thought

-Guru

-Big L

-Rakim and more. He’s showcasing a combination of his own massive original talent and techniques and combining it with the love and admiration for the legends to help write his own passage in the appreciation letter that JR started.

I love Jamil on this! His pen game is sharp, his flow is smooth and fluent! His lyricism is complex and personal, and his in-depth detail in his bars makes him feel like a poet rather than an MC!

I’ve never heard him sound so prolific and passionate than he does here! It’s like he’s activated a new form or level that he’s never used before now. He’s channeling his inner avatar and letting the spirits of the forefathers run through him as he spits some of the best verses of his life!

I love how on the track ‘Tennis Filas’ he decided to almost close the record off with a verse battle against some of the current greats! It’s a further testament to his confidence and skills to choose these lyrical titans to rap alongside!

The energy of this album is honestly infectious. I feel like I’m transported back into the 90s where classic albums dropped on the weekly, back when quality control was key and respect was a given.

Trust me, this is an album you NEED to listen to!

(AIRDRY ON A BOWNY)

REMIX ALERT! I should one day ask why the switch to the remix lane, but I’ve been too busy enjoying and reviewing the content to care! He’s been on a mission to change history in his image on some takeover shit, and regardless of if you prefer his versions or not, you can’t help but respect his balls in trying the mission!

This latest single is a WEST SIDE GUNN cut from the track ‘BLOW HENDRY’ off his latest album. On that track (the original), we have the MC who calls himself MIKE on the mic!

Now I’ll be honest, after going back and forth between the original and the remix, I hands down prefer Gustavo!

Once again, as far as the beat is concerned I may describe it briefly but I’m writing this under the premise that you’ve heard the original and want to hear what a remix would sound like. If you haven’t yet go check that out first for context!

Now, I don’t know who this MIKE guy is, no disrespect to him and his, but this track would have benefited tenfold with the overwhelming charisma and energy of a GUSTAVO instead! He does this track justice!

He starts swinging right off the bat, dropping those cleverly worded bars, fun puns, and complex lyricism to spin your head around 360! His voice and cadence suit this beat quite well as he provides a contrast to the smooth/soul beat with his trademark brand of controlled chaos and unpredictable freelance rhythm that makes all his verses feel that much more entertaining and memorable!

Also, he adds like 20 seconds extra then on the original track. So not only does he perform better than the guy on the main track, but he adds more time to it! That’s some gangsta flex shit, like ‘nah I can easily do more than what you offered’ on someone’s own beat! That’s solid as fuck.

He’s continuing his streak of remix tracks that offer a refreshing parallel between the original and the remix! Give the audience a mirror into ‘what could be’, and I’d safely say in that respect he hasn’t missed yet!

Another great remix to check the fuck out!

(Powerwolf)

Holy shit, it’s finally here! This album has been gaining traction and momentum by the second! I couldn’t get this record off my socials, so considering that, I had to check it out, and fuck me, I’m glad I did. This man is already a ridiculous MC, but now he’s out to make his magnum opus, and it’s incredible! Let’s talk about it.

This is the latest album by MC Lukey Cage and Producer Wolfagram, and this is ten tracks of comic-fuelled explosions that had me smiling ear to ear as a geek myself! This album features bars from

-Primo Jab

-BlessPicasso

-TeekHall

– Piff281, and I couldn’t think of a better four-man team to be on an album of this calibre! I’m telling you this has September in a Captain America shoes toss! IT’S A WRAP!

This is the first time I’ve heard a project by Wolf, but he sounds like a comic writer himself because he’s somehow turned this rap album into an exclusive comic book adventure that makes you feel like you’re inside the panel yourself! I’ve never heard an album sound quite like this. I feel he even surpassed DOOM in execution of comical elements and atmosphere because this thing is vibrant, noir, cheesy (in the best way possible), and absolutely beautiful and colourful!

With every song passed, I feel like I’m mentally turning a page and jumping into a brand new volume with different characters from DC, Marvel, even anime mentioned! This concept album is the ultimate fever dream from nerds around the world, and I had a blast listening to this!

I want you to picture a classic 2000s superhero animated series in all its colour, action, mystery, roster of characters, and story, and this is exactly what the production feels like! I don’t know the man, but I can already tell he grew up on ALL the main superhero shows to pull this off.

It’s really a listening experience I can’t do justice with words. You’ll have to experience it yourself! Trust me, you won’t expect what’s coming and won’t be able to forget it either!

Now, I know I normally start talking about the main MC, but I have to shout out again the features on here. I mean it, you couldn’t find a more PERFECT group of men to join you, especially Primo Jab and Teek! Those two are the biggest culture geeks I know in the underground, and I always get excited picturing what they’ll do next, so it’s only natural their ridiculous charisma and creative genius meet this record!

Now, Lukey Cage (what a fucking sick name) is a man I’ve covered a few times before and one who has always pleasantly surprised me, and now (as mentioned in the intro) he’s going for broke and attempting to create his best album yet, and to my knowledge, he’s done that in SPADES!

If living up to this album’s prestige production wasn’t enough, we have Lukey who is taking this challenge head-on and bringing in bucket loads of those incredible comic one-liners, those fun puns and phrases, and really capturing the essence and spirit of the comic influence with his smooth and equally sharp/intuitive pen game that not only pleases the culture audience but showcases real talent, skill, and creativity behind the mic!

On top of all that, he switches up his own pacing depending on the track or topic! Sometimes he’s spitting fast and juggernaut-like! No slowing down, crashing into anything that moves!

On other tracks, he’s more methodical and taking his time to deliver diabolical and complex sentences that are bound to surprise the fans!

Man, it’s only just begun (September), but this is already a top contender for album of the month. It’s immersive, in-depth, and engaging! This is definitely not one to ignore!

(LIVE FROM THE MELTING POT)

I can’t even remember the last time I covered this producer! I remember a few months ago he was the talk of the underground. A man who seems to be on everyone’s tongue (pause) and was requested by every MC I could see! A man who I became obsessed with after hearing his albums and now he’s back to remind everyone why he really is HIM! Let’s talk about it!

Brand new album by Producer Wulverine and MC Heartbreak Julio and together they dropped eight tracks with the help of

-THE REBEL SKY

-Action Figure 973

-Virgilio

-twogeebs

Three of these four names I’m very familiar with and all of these fatal four way help make this listen a five-star match!

Of course, we gotta start with the production! Because it’s done by my main man, the underground’s Logan. He’s back and he didn’t have to come from Earth 10005 to be revived into the scene to cause his trademark havoc!

Across this album, he’s as cranky as ever. He’s slashing and cutting all these samples. You can hear the sonic blood drip across the instrumentation from those blood-soaked drums on loop, those sharp synth chords and gutted bass lines that are hanging on for dear life from dropping to the floor completely.

This is a 26-minute massacre that only he can accomplish. The beats are so muddy you would have thought Summers was on the other end taunting the man into violence. On this album, he’s definitely void of all ‘expectations’, ‘opinions’ and ‘criticisms’ of the world. He left that all behind, like the ice age did the saber-toothed.

His only focus on this record is destruction and devastation and he accomplishes both in gruesome fashion. If there’s one takeaway from this album it’s this.

YOU NEVER FUCK WITH THE WULVERINE

Now, onto his accomplice. Heartbreak Julio. A far cry from a ‘mercy with a mouth’ but his technique is equally as deadly. He has the speed of Pietro, the force of Eisenhardt and the brains of Xaviour strong enough to make you question life itself.

On this album, he comes swift and correct, more focused on delivering savage bars of power that would put McCoy to shame.

I love the charisma he showcases; it’s the type of energy when you know you’re delivering life-changing verses and feel better than you ever have on the mic, and when those two parts are accomplished, you get these level bars!

From the opening track, I was drawn in. I’ve heard him rap before but not like this; he was equal parts savage and elegant, raw and vivid, cut-throat and surreal! He was showing us that he can do any style and rhythm he wanted and still make his words weight in gold, and it’s beautiful to hear!

Across this album, he’s accompanied by his own team of X-Men that have had his back since day one and further push him to be even better by delivering what could be their best verses to date on this album!

With incredible chemistry and equal energy, the guest verses help make the tracks they feature on go from ‘great’ to ‘incredible’.

What else can I say about this album? It’s so fucking good it’s MUTANT in its ability to drop flames. From the production to the performances, it comes together as the new representation of the Sinister Six!

(Who Laced My Blunt?!)

Man, this is an exciting day for me! Why? Mainly two reasons.

  1. I get to cover an album that is the prequel to the sequel coming soon!
  2. I get to hear the rap duo of the same partnership I covered last month!

So the way I see it, it’s a win-win situation for me and in saying that, let’s get into it!

This is the April 18th drop by the MC duo of Concept and Basik. They dropped eight tracks with 20 minutes of content with the likes of

-Chris Crack

-Apbeatz

-Siiilk

-DnD Productions on the production and the likes of

-Hunter Dollars

-Cypher The Avatar

-Lyrikill on the mic and I can’t lie man, this thing is incredible. I’m bummed I didn’t check this out earlier!

This thing feels different than the rest of Concept’s drops purely because it has a more funky, jazz vibe which I absolutely love and adore! Considering there are a few producers on here, there’s always the risk of non-syncing across the board but thankfully this project doesn’t suffer from that problem!

Right from the opening track ‘Play After Play’ we have those lively instrumentation with those colourful jazz notes in the background, trap beats and hypnotic keys in that loop that mesmerises the brain! Everything combines on this track makes for the perfectly executed intro to the album!

From there we have tracks like ‘As The Wind Blows’ which features continued jazz notes with an incredible and free-lance jazz passage that has the most infectious loop note that I get excited for every time I hear it coming!

On top of that we have these funk-style drums and subtle and light keys!

This thing is definitely more melodic than the intro and continues the wave of pure music this album has to offer!

We can even look at tracks like ‘Roll It Up’ which has this amazing ambient meets synth pop vibes which had me buzzing! Imagine Wiz Khalifa ‘Kush and OJ’ combined with Tears For Fears ‘Songs From The Big Choir’ and you’d get this song!

It’s got elements from all my favourite kinds of music rolled into one stoner extravaganza, and it’s probably my favourite track on the album!

Needless to say, the production hits on a new level of atmosphere on this record. It’s flavourful and colourful in ways I didn’t know Concept could bring together! This is a MUST LISTEN.

Now, to bring up the MCs, as expected (and as I experienced on their most recent effort together), Concept and Basik showcase incredible chemistry and performances over these phenomenal beats!

They match each other’s raw energy and charisma in a way not many else can, and they feed off that synchrony to create dope back-and-forths that ignite the tracks.

They both have those cutthroat bars, visual bars, dope one-liners, phrases, and bars as well as flow so fluent you’ll feel like an ocean is flooding the tracks!

As well as these two, there are a few other names joining the party to help rock the boat and match and elevate the album into new territory! Also featuring terrific chemistry with the main two and, on top of all that, match the mood of the instrumentals! (Which is very important.)

After hearing these two on ‘Hash For The Sol’, I was impressed, but after hearing them absolutely explode on this level of production, it made me respect their work on a brand new tier of brilliance that has now made me even more excited for part two!

A fantastic album by everyone involved. It’s lighthearted, groovy, and has enough replay for years! Shoutout to everyone involved!

(Bulletproof Chicken)

You know, this whole album vibe makes me think of Breaking Bad and Gus’s ‘Los Pollos Hermanos’. Seeing the album cover and the name, it just brings me straight to that, and no doubt after listening to this, it probably could be the soundtrack to that chain! Anyway, back to the album!

This is the brand new project between two of the biggest names in the underground right now: MC CRIMEAPPLE and Producer VDON. Together, they drop a fresh 12 tracks with 35 minutes and featuring the likes of

-T.F

-Primo Profit

-Bruiser Wolf

Now, I did do a singles review on their promotion track ‘Victor Charlie’, and after that, I knew this was going to be something special, and I was right.

To start with the production, what we have here is VDON showcasing his grimy, raw, and immersive techniques by creating this surreal atmosphere that is so cutthroat it can slice your ears if you’re not careful!

From the opening track, you get that intimate and muddy instrumentation that is equal parts minimal and cinematic! Being able to utilise less to create more is a technique (when done right) that can’t be beaten, and you can guarantee whenever he’s on the case, it’s always going to be done right!

Let’s use the song ‘4.99 Special’ as an example. We have those delicate and hypnotic keys on loop that just mesmerise the mind! We also have these infectious drums as well as these subtle strings that give this track an extra layer of seasoning!

Or even the track ‘Scrape The Pot’, the intro track with those jazz element piano keys that sound groovy and funky all in one! As well as a light vocal snippet in the background and some of the most rock and roll drums I’ve heard this year! Caught myself rocking my head to the rhythm of the drums until the song was over!

Even the track ‘Groundhogs Day’ which takes a more melodic tune with those methodical strings and slow-paced drums and luscious keys. This is one of those ‘smoke a fat blunt to’ tracks that almost feels like a slight break from that hardcore shit since it’s located about halfway through the album!

All this to say that VDON once again flexes his talent in delivering any kind of style and atmosphere to the tracks. If he wants to go gutter, he will make you mean-mug the world! If he wants to go stripped back, he’ll have your soul doing a detox!

Exceptional quality combined with the mind of a genius. Another home run!

Now onto the second part of the team, we have CRIME. The man who has been steadily building a solid 2025 discography with his album with DJ SKIZZ being my favourite to date (until now) because, as expected, he’s come to outdo himself and he’s done just that!

This is the classical, savage CRIME. The one that’s here to kill and take no names. He’s never sounded smoother and yet never sounded more lethal! That’s the scary part about CRIME, he’s the perfect balance of precision and power; he can sound more intricate than your favourite rappers while using his words to paint the most gritty and impactful stories and situations that make you feel like you’re listening to a cinematic masterpiece come to life in your headphones!

Sharp lyricism, infinite charisma, and aura so strong he makes every verse sound somehow better than the last and also completely effortless.

One of my favourite lines of his off the song ‘Railroad Avenue’ where he goes ‘Need to be restrained inside the booth. I’m a retard’ that line definitely stood out to me as one of countless fluent puns and one-liners that he drops across this project to keep the audience engaged and entertained!

I also love the use of limited features. He knows he doesn’t need a whole busload of features to make an album pop! Just a few key names to spark the track into flames and that’s exactly what they bring to the table! Each name has their own unique style and aura and provides something different to the tracks while maintaining a strong chemistry with CRIME!

I had no hesitations about this album. These two together were bound to be a modern classic and it was! Make sure you go listen to this killer record and support the underground!

(THEHIGHEXALTED)

In my opinion. You’d have to be a fool to discredit 23IncredibleIndustries’ takeover of 2025. They’ve released some of the most captivating and entertaining albums with the most replay value.

-Infinite Wave

-CCE

– THEHIDDENSPLASH, just to name a few. These guys are in control and aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. With this new single, we see the takeover of one of the collective’s biggest names and talents in ERG ONE, and after hearing this track (including his numerous dope verses across the other albums), this upcoming album has the potential to be ‘AOTY’. Let’s talk about why!

Brand new single. Featuring the MC ERG ONE and Producer Bone Weso. By no means strangers to each other, but to hear a single featuring just them two gets me more excited than most releases so far!

This track is 2 minutes long and has hours on hours of replay value! Writing this, I’ve already played this 10x over and expected to binge it another 50x more before I turn it off!

Let’s start with production. What we have here is Bone showing his melodic and soulful side with that beautiful vocal harmony on loop that makes this track feel like it’s gliding on a cloud! Absolutely gorgeous!

Accompanying those vocals, we have these thick bass lines, light keys in the background, and a very subtle what sounds like violin and strings to help give this track a tad more substance and atmosphere!

A very stripped-back feel to it, but it works! Bone Weso is one of those one-in-a-billion producers who can turn anything into a classic, no matter how larger-than-life or skeletal in execution!

And as has become trademark, he ends this track with some dramatic telling of some big event or social commentary.

This time around, it’s about some art heist that still has yet to be solved! He’s been dropping these cinematic reports across all his albums!

In HIDDENSPLASH it was about gorilla warfare, in INFINITEWAVE it was about the control of big pharma and now it’s about an art heist! They are always something I look forward to across his production!

Now onto the MC work, as I said before ERG is no stranger to Bone and a man that must be on everyone’s mind as he’s appeared on most of 23’s releases and absolutely destroys those verses so it’s only natural when he’s on his own single that he takes over!

On this track, he’s as smooth as punctuational as ever. He delivers a more ‘classy’ approach to street poetry with his elegant flow combining with his vivid imagery in his pen game and ferocious lyricism that would leave any haters in his wake decapitated!

He’s able to turn 2 minutes of verse feel like a sacred story by a legendary author! When he talks the world listens and the way he just stops rapping towards the end after spending the rest of the 2 minutes going off, sharp and precise and he just so casually ends his bar and stops.

To anyone else, they’d need some complicated or vibrant moment to close the track off but not ERG. He just stops and it doesn’t ruin the track or feel abrupt at all, he’s just that fucking smooth.

To say I’m excited for this new release is a massive understatement. I’ve supported and bought every single 23 album this year and this will definitely be another to the list! Make sure you support and listen now!
