Corban Skipwith — known across the internet as The Serpent Tongue and dailyserpenttongue94— is an Australian music critic, enthusiast and one of underground hip-hop's most committed voices. Born in 1994, writing since 2024.
His way back into the genre was visceral and personal: Westside Gunn. Griselda became the turning point, the dam broke, and 1,475 reviews followed — from boom bap and coke rap to grime, metal and the outer edges of noise.
All-time favourite group? A Tribe Called Quest.
