Man, what a career he’s had this year already! A producer who reached out to me a few months ago with a few of his older EP’s including the linked of -067 Red and -Brother Tom SOS has bloomed into working with Everton from
-Action Figure 973
-Young Reese Dude
And now one of the legends in this rap game! An EP run unlike any other we’ve seen in 2026 so let’s add on to the list!

This is the brand new EP by Producer -DiMaggio & MC Legend -Estee Nack! A collection of 4 tracks and no features (as of Estee needed any) to give the culture a small but powerful punch of sounds to wet the appetites before the next big release!

So, let’s discuss the production first! We have track one -TYLERSKAGGS which has this beautiful Jazz & Ambient feel to it that kind of reminds me of early -Phil Colin’s! On this one we have these fleeting keys that feel lighter then air! Those are combined with some lively drum patterns with some tweaking strings that work to create a symphony of luscious vibes that work as the perfect introduction to the album!

The second track -DARRYLSTRAWBERRY is alot more cerebral in execution. This one has layers such as these heavy what sounds like distorted horns that work alongside some methodically paced drums that later get introduced to some second layer horns that re occur every now and then on the instrumental!
We also hear some equally distorted keys that add to the weight of this song. This track sounds like a substance high gone wrong! It’s damn near experimental in it’s execution but equally compelling!

Track three -KEN CAMINITI we go back to the more chill and soothing atmosphere from the opening track! On this one we have absolutely beautiful arrangements of these light, high-pitch chords that glide throughout the entire instrumental that almost sound like a vocal line pitched to the highest point you can get it!
That’s combined with some luscious bass strings as well as some rhythmic jazz horns to add an extra layer of texture to the song!
There’s also some soft jazz style drum that reminds me of something early career -John Coltrane would have utilised in his career!

And then the finale track -87SLAMMYAWARDS where we get this looming, spacey soul instrumental that is equal parts elevating, swift and powerful!
Definitely a softer approach for a closer but one that is made special by the specific layers such as that light vocal harmony that makes its presence felt ever so gently as it helps amplify the tone of the track that also features those sharp synth chords, scattered piano keys with those funky bass strings!
One of the more stripped back beats on the album but sounds phenomenal under the Masterclass of DiMaggio!

Now onto the rapping. As I said in the intro, no features or anything just straight bars from one of the best to ever do it, no bullshit! Across these 4 tracks we see a fluent, confident and well rounded Estee who is giving us his trademark performances that the culture and world has come to embrace and appreciate over the years.
Whether it be from his mesmerising singing parts he’s occasionally known to dabble in across tracks or his infamous ad-libs that explode throughout the instrumentals to amplify the energy of the tracks.

Or whether it’s his actual verses that have a splash, free flow effect that I can’t say many if any can match. He’s the OG of this style and he’s the best at it. Each type he raps it sounds like he’s taking one of infinite thoughts he has in his head that I’m convinced all rhyme and infusing it into the booth to record!
He never sounds stressed or concerned or emotional just confident in his abilities while maintaining a wavy swagger that most would kill for!
He’s always able to paint a picture so rich and luxurious that just thinking about it makes you jealous.
The women, the wealth, the travelling, the notoriety and the realisation that he does indeed have it all is so inspiring that you can’t help but feel the urge to work even harder to try achieve the same end goal!

This is definitely a fun EP! 4 dope tracks with very different vibes from each other, masterful production and a legend on the mic. What more could you ask for?
