Man, it’s nuts the range in this artists Arsenal. I already covered the first of the double albums and I thought I knew what to expect for this one but I was wrong! Somehow once again he’s switched it up to present us a new experience from scratch! Let’s talk about it!

This is the second of the two double albums dropped by MC/Producer -MONEY MOGLY with Production from
-Javy Dade
-Hp Wav
-SDG
-Ema Saint
With features from
-Andrea May
-Javy Dade
-Pro The Artist
-Mike Smiff
-Big Mann
-KMH
-SHOTTIE
-DJ Alcapalca
-Scrue Hefner
-Big J CSB
-Joey DaSilva
-Salazar El Tabaquero
-UpNoEndz
-Problem Child

This one is definitely the more feature heavy of the two projects and honestly compared to the first one this one has a more party, ‘let’s get wild’ Miami vibe that I found infectious as hell!

Just like the other album, this one has a fantastical intro! Unlike the other one this felt like a play on Kendrick’s ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’ poem that is fully revealed on the end of the record. It also kind of reminded of Kanye’s -Dark Fantasy intro on his classic -My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy and with that as the starting point the rest of the record felt like a prime 2010’s trap atmosphere with high energy, explosive atmosphere with a strong sense of club tracks that make you wanna groove!

I’d describe this record as the ‘frat boy’ young brother to it’s more matured and forward-thinking sister album! This one is focused on one thing, partying, drinking, smoking up and living life to it’s fullest and you can hear it in each of the 16 tracks!
This is definitely the type of soundtrack you’d listen to if you’re trying to turn up at the club! The DJ could run through the entire album from front to back and it would fit!
I couldn’t resist moving on this album! It was just so fucking infectious. Each track reminded me of a mix of -Migos, Kendrick, Gucci Mane, Young Jeezy and T-Pain. All their most grooviest qualities thrown into one record! Some tracks have luxurious violin for a more ‘classy sound’ others just heavy handed 808 tracks for a ‘classic trap vibe’ and others utilise a more ‘mainstream hip hop formula’ with lavish vocal arrangements and delicate piano keys to match!

Each instrumental is different from the last yet each is as colorful and vibrant as the last and to maintain that aesthetic for over 50 minutes is a ridiculous feat that deserves respect!

I’ve already credited how I feel about his rapping in the first review but I’ll nail it home here. As we see (even in a different soundscape then the first) he’s still able to lockdown a solid performance that is different based on the environment he’s in! On this one he’s focused more on the energy, the vibes, the eccentricities and the charisma to match the explosive nature of the production and it’s pulled off fantastically!

In this album he’s a lot more structured then we are use to! I would it’s due to him trying to do that prime era Trap feel justice and show off his talent in that traditional lane and he sounds good doing it! He has that brash undertone to his vocals, his bars are a mixture of street talk and the above mentioned party vibes!
He’s never sounded more confident the he does on this album and doing so while accompanied by a party roster of names that help amplify and push the music to it’s strongest form until it’s on some Party X shit!

I’d describe it like this. If your looking for a ‘thinking outside the box’ narrative in your music then go peep his ‘THE MUTINY’ album but if your more focused on having a good time while vibing to some solid production and party vibes then this is the one for you! But regardless go support both!
