With so many artists associated with this camp it can be hard to keep track of it all. It seems every week there’s a new name to associate with and today we are rocking with this one! Let’s go!

This is the early September single release by MC -Buck Gottie and Producer -TheBeatDealers and together they drop this gritty, raw track that is sure to gain the appeal of the hardcore hip hop heads! This is the type of track that emphasises the minimal layers and creating the most out of the least and in that context this one shines!

On the track we have that instrumental which as I said above is stripped back but done in a powerful way. Starting off with that film snippet that later evolves into that methodically paced beat that contains a mixture of elegant chord progressions, slow drum work, plucked strings and this synth style keys in the background that’s fused together with some deep bass to make this feel like a 2010 boom Bap structured type track that feels violent in execution!
These types of hypnotic instrumentals are the type that you can listen to for hours and not get sick of! Each instrumentation is built to be able to maximise the most replay value and that’s what I love about songs such as these!

As far as the actual rapping goes. We have Buck who not only thrives in that minimalist soundscape but creates his own intense, thrilling and action-packed atmosphere that keeps you engaged the whole 2 minutes and 47 seconds! First of all he has this deep-toned voice that fits this instrumental to a tee! It’s both gritty and eccentric all at once!
Pair that with his methodically paced bars that match the tempo of the beat rhythm and it’s like a drug rush to the ears! Perfect voice to beat synchronicity that makes the whole track work smoother as a result!

All this done with no features, just an interesting vocal snippet at the start, ridiculous production, cold bars from Buck and some gun shots to close the track off with maximum effect! What else could you ask for? It’s a banger! Tune in now!
