Man, talk about diversity! This man screams it. He’s someone who’s not afraid to push the boundaries and show himself in every variant light imaginable and that’s what makes him such an interesting guy to criticise! So with that in mind let’s discuss this new offering!

-TK & Bjax BCST and this trio come together to bring back that classic ‘Trap Era’ music that is ever so infectious! Let’s talk why!

If we discuss CBoi’s side first he sounds more confident and charismatic then he has in ages! The last time I heard him he was on his heavily experimental shit but now he’s tuned into to an aggressive motion that suits him perfectly! Loud voices, upfront and in your face bars that force you to face yourself!
I love how he switches between random talking, heavy verses, rhythmic singing and everything in between.
Once again he’s showcasing his ‘thinking out the box’ mentality by switching up his vocals across this track in many different layers and yet it works!

It collaborates with the intensity and frantic nature of the Trap beat to create a lyrically chaotic atmosphere that only CBoi can create! It’s entertaining, brash, colorful and street smart all in one. At this point he doesn’t care who judges him or doesn’t fuck with his experimental nature he’s just out to do him and on this track the quality is undeniable!

Now onto the beat (which is handled by two producers) which is definitely unique! But they work seamlessly to create a sound you thought was lost to the 2010’s era! I’m talking that real authentic trap shit!
As the song starts we get what sounds like distorted vocals muffled for peak intensity! Alongside those we have some classic 808 action with those hypnotic drum tracks, thick bass lines that brings that trademark raw & uncompromising trap feel to the forefront and it’s one of those beats that you could listen to for hours and never get sick of it!

The drums themselves feel like mini explosives going off, almost like bass drums on steroids! I also fuck with how the beat rides off with that creepy muffled loop and what sounded like heavy-handed acoustic strings plucking off the track. It felt cinematic in its closing which added even more atmosphere to the instrumental!
