-BORIROCK And honestly, let me start by saying this. How much longer does this man have to put out music before we can collectively agree that he has one of the best beat selection ears in the game? I’d say he’s on the level of -WSG in that department because every new album I hear of his I feel myself saying ‘this is my favourite yet’ and that doesn’t happen with just anyone!

So many stand out tracks across this album! Whether your discussing the track ‘PUPPYCHOW’ which opens the album off. First with another news report (which is slowly becoming a staple on 067 albums) that leads into this classically inspired instrumental that features those sharp violin strings, light piano keys with some lush plucked bass strings and methodically charged drums!
Considering how stripped back it is, it’s insane how cinematic this was made to be! Such a strong way to start the record off!

We have the track -SEAN KINGSTON SENT HIS MOTHER 2 JAIL which reminds me of a prime ‘Griselda’ type track! This one had a combination of the scarce amount of piano keys eerily looping throughout the track, drums so heavy they sound like bass drums with an additional use of Bass tucked into the background!
Once again a utilisation of ‘less is more’ with only a few layers emphasised to it’s utmost capacity!

The song -THE 3RD MEMBER OF DOGGPOUND ONCE REMOVED showcases another theatrical take that combines this foreign vocal loop that runs throughout the track alongside some sharp keys and some light strings accompanying it! This track is barely over a minute long and yet contains more surrealism than most can provide with fully fledged tracks!

What makes these albums a blast is not only the lavish and beautifully crafted production but 067’s trademark frantic performances ontop of them! It’s like he’s purposefully trying to be contrast to the music itself to create a unique experience with both sides of the spectrum showcased!
Here you are as a listener listening to one of the most beautiful instrumentals you’ve ever heard in your life then in comes 067 with his classic ‘UH, UH!’ Only to speed blitz his verse in pure chaotic fashion!

It’s a combination of relentless pressure meets brash street talk lyricism combined with a ‘don’t give a fuck’ attitude. He’s gonna spit whatever’s on his mind and make it sound dope in the process. You can tell he’s having a blast doing it too becuase you can always hear him laughing or adding colourful adlibs and infusing his rice personality throughout! He’s like an audible tornado! He comes through, tears shit up and leaves!

Of course his chemistry with the names mentioned was solid as well with each guest amplifying the energy on the track and bringing to to a whole new level! If I had to play favourites I’d have to give it to Chyna! She killed it on this one!
