Another week, another batch of reviews coming my way and another series of new faces that I’ve never seen or heard of before. At this rate I’ll be ending the year with hundreds of new characters from the underground to add to my memory bank and that’s a thought that excites me. Let’s go!

This is the brand new single by MC -Massiah Kaine & Producer -ScottZilla as they come packed with this theatrically crafted two minutes and fourth one seconds of pure, unadulterated Hip-Hop that I know you’ll love to hear, let me explain why!

First of all. Let’s talk the production aspect! Becuase as I said above this one has a theatrical flavour that I fell In love with as soon as I heard it. This makes me feel like I’ve just stepped into an orchestra! You’ve got aspects such as those powerful piano keys in that surreal composition that feels luxurious and satisfying!
There’s also some rough and rugged drum patterns with some lush bass strings as well as this phenomenal vocal loop that runs through the instrumental as if there’s a real life singer in the studio with the two men!

This beat makes me feel bad for not wearing a suit and tie while listening to it. As if it’s too fancy for my ears to hear! When someone can blend classical and boom Bap this well it has to be respected and -ScottZilla absolutely nailed it!

Accompanying this orchestral instrumental is the rapper -Massiah Kaine who delivers a ruthless rendition of powerful wordplay, a destructive pattern of violence-themed lyricism and an adrenaline shot of swagger & charisma to tie it all together.
This man ain’t playing no games! Fuck if the score sounds like an Oscar-worthy ‘John Williams’ symphony he’s staying true to himself and bringing that aggressive approach to the track and to be honest I fuck with it!

It provides a strong foundation and contrast! You’re hearing two sides of the spectrum come together in harmony. From the fluent, heavy-handed flows and penmanship to the beautifully crafted instrumental it all comes together in a sharp Hip-Hop sonic flava in ya ear (R.I.P to Craig Mack)

So, put on your best suit and tie. Light up a fancy cigar with a side of brown liquor and listen to this exquisite piece of Hip-Hop that is unlike anything else I’ve heard all year!
