TAMAGOTCHI

Well doesn’t that title bring back nostalgia. No device determined whether you’d be a worthy parent or not back in the 2000’s then that! Regardless of the memories these 3 men are here to bring the homage of the old school to the present day and do it with style! Let’s talk about it!

This is the brand new single by MC -Polo Baby Flako with -Ty (Of Dirty Bakerz) as the Producer and the Feature -RJ Payne and this trio is here to create some truly unruly chaos in a way only they can pull off!
If we begin with the rapping parts we start with Polo Baby who is a lot more melodic and stripped back this time around! He’s utilising a more telling approach as he describes his mentally and his views on life.
From his singing style chorus to that low toned verse at the start of the song to set the stage for the feature!

As usual his lyrics paint the most vivid pictures that you can feel yourself transported to. Pair that with a slick flow and a sense of rhythm and you have a compelling opening verse that makes it way for the feature who blows the instrumental wide open!
RJ Payne brings his trademark intensity to the track! He always sounds like he’s shouting and bringing all his bad days and emotions into the studio with him to unleash the ultimate chaos and power that very few can attempt to replicate! A truly phenom in the industry and one that can’t be silenced anytime soon!

On the production side of things we have as mentioned Ty! A man who in this occasion has brought the absolute maximum out of the instrumentation to create this dirty, gritty boom Bap theatrical experience that makes you feel like you need to take a shower afterwards!
First thing that caught my eye was those delicate piano keys! How they intricately moved across the beat while working hand in hand with those sharp violin strings for a surreal effect!

This song also features some rhythmic drums that moves with such power that it stays balanced at the front of the track that amplifies the rest of the instruments! Acting as the beats skeleton! For a track that is just shy of 3 minutes the atmosphere is incredible!

Whether you’re an old-school Hip-Hop head or new this track is for you! It’s got all the elements needed to create a memorable banger that you won’t be able to put down! Try it now!
